History

January 1899 Commenced the real estate leasing business in Hyogo-ku, Kobe-shi
December 1966 Established WADAKOHSAN Ltd. in Nagata-ku, Kobe-shi
March 1968 Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business License was granted
September 1979 Reorganized into WADAKOHSAN CORPORATION
April 1982 Started sales of entire condominium buildings
December 1985 Started the rentals of condominiums
March 1991 Commenced a full-scale business of the proprietary condominium brand, the "WAKOHRE" series

WADAKOHSAN CORPORATION (the "Company") mainly engages in the following businesses.

Condominiums

Under the "WAKOHRE" series, the Company develops small and medium condominiums mainly in Kobe-shi and the Hanshin district extending between Osaka-shi and Kobe-shi, and its surrounding areas, which are one of Japan’s leading residential zones. In addition to the pursuit of building safe and secured condominiums that blend into town scenery, we use our exceptional planning ability, and endeavor to create housing that focuses on functionality and comfort, and also incorporates the state-of-art housing equipment.

Detached Houses

Since 2007, the Company has engaged in the development of wooden detached houses mainly in the area between Kobe-shi and Akashi-shi under the brand name of “WAKOHRE-Noie.”
Just as in the condominium business, we focus on added value such as high-quality design and exceptional planning ability.

Rental and Leasing

Since the Company was founded in 1899, it has engaged in the management and operation of lease properties. Centering on housing such as unique rental condominiums that have great traffic convenience and are installed with highly-functional housing equipment, the Company owns diverse real estate properties including as stores, offices and parking facilities. The rental residential properties of the Company maintain high occupancy rates.
